People:Fergie turns out to be as big a Miley Cyrus fan as anybody – as the Black Eyed Peas singer demonstrated at Sunday's 10th annual Teen Choice Awards. During the Hannah Montana star's opening number – Cyrus hosted the show, at Universal City's Gibson Amphitheatre – she performed her single "7 Things," running in every direction but stopping to deliver a rose to audience member Fergie. And Fergie's reaction? Just like any other Hannah Montana fan's. She started jumping up and down.
